Finger painting is one of those things that we’ve all loved to do since we were in preschool. Unfortunately very few of us ever got good enough at it to consider pursuing finger painting as a career past kindergarten. A while back I featured one and here’s another one.
This time around the paintings are all snow and ice and coldness, but dang they look good. The paintings are quite large so I guess the key is scale. If you look at it from far enough away you won’t notice the finger prints in every stroke. For reference, that’s the opposite thing you learned from watching CSI.
These paintings were created by artist Zaria Forman who wears rubber gloves to limit the amount of time she spends washing her hands and to leave less fingerprint evidence.
