A car fleeing police in Utah was stuck by not one, not two, not three, actually yes two trains. This happened Sunday morning at about 8:20. Wood Cross is a suburb of Salt Lake City. Actually I have no idea where Woods Cross is and I can’t be bothered to look, but the whole state is basically a suburb of Salt LAke so I don’t feel bad saying that’s the case here.
At about 8:20 a.m. Sunday morning, officers were called to a residence on 2300 S. Redwood Road in Woods Cross on a disturbance call, Detective Adam Osoro of the Woods Cross Police Department said.
The driver headed eastbound where she struck a moving southbound train that was blocking the road.
As officers tried to get the woman out of her car, a second southbound train struck her vehicle.
“We were able to get the (second) train stopped and have medical personnel respond and extricate her from the vehicle,” Osoro said. “The vehicle sustained heavy damage, so in this case she is very fortunate to still be with us.”
According to police, the original call was an “unwanted guest call” that involved “some kind of altercation” that is still under investigation.
“At this time we don’t know if she was under the influence of alcohol or to what extent,” Osoro said.
I like that last part, “or to what extent.” Because she’s obviously on something, they just haven’t decided what yet.

Look at that fat cop. Good thing the trains didn’t hit him. There would have been a lot more damage. “It’s a glandular problem.” I see, the doughnut gland runs thick through that guy. “Actually it’s the thyroid gland.” Oh.
