Poll of the day: When you come home from your night working the grave shift do you go straight to bed or do you wander into the kitchen to make yourself some food? If you make food, how often do you make bacon? Do you bake your bacon? I’ve started cooking mine in the waffle iron, that has the added positive side effect of making your waffles taste like bacon. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
For those of us who just want to go home and go to bed after work, not talk to anyone, not do anything, not go anywhere There’s Sizzling Bacon Candy. It’s bacon flavored Pop Rocks that give you the sound and feel of cooking bacon in your mouth. And you can eat it in the car on your drive home. I don’t suggest eating these while on public transportation. The joy-gasm they produce can make those around you uncomfortable.
Sizzling Bacon Candy not only tastes like bacon, it also turns your tongue into a frying pan. As soon as you douse your mouth in candy, the sizzling sound makes it seem like you’re cooking bacon over a campfire. Except it’s in your head and the campfire is your burning passion for bacon (and your saliva which is what activates the candy). The crackling will continue until the candy dissolves into nothing. Lots of things taste like bacon, but how many sound like bacon?
